Alex is an Accounting graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He started his career with UBA Plc where he worked as an Officer in the Cash management Centre from 1997 - 1999 before he joined the Financial Controls department of Standard Trust Bank in 2000. Between 2002 2005, he worked in the Financial Control Group of NNB International Bank Plc as Head, Performance Management and deputy financial controller. Alex was the Chief Financial Officer of Alpine Investments Services Ltd from 2007 till August 2008. He joined Eterna Plc in September 2008. He is an Associate member, of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Lagos Business School.

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos. He trained with Accenture (formerly Andersen consulting) with special focus on Manpower Development. From August 2002 to early 2005 he worked with Oando Plc as a Commercial Business Analyst before joining Eterna Plc in 2005. He is widely traveled and has attended several Professional Development Courses within and outside Nigeria. He currently oversees the Company's Specialties Business; which covers Marine, Aviation, Gas and Upstream segments.

He is an Engineering Graduate from the Kaduna Polytechnic with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He has attended several mangement courses including the kellogg school of management, chicago. He started his working career with Oando Plc in 1994 and rose to become the Commercial Services Manager, North & Eastern Region in 2006 before joining Eterna Plc in 2007. He is currently the manager responsible for industrial & retail business nationwide.

A Political Science graduate of the University of Abuja, he joined Unipetrol (now Oando Plc) in 1986. He has vast experience in product lifting operations as well as fleet and depot management. He worked as Regional Distribution Manager and Terminal Manager with Oando Plc before joining Eterna Plc in 2006.

He is an HND graduate of Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He began his career with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in 1998; he thereafter joined a firm of Chartered Accountants, Bode Ogunleye and Co in year 2000 and thereafter, joined BDO International Audit (Nigeria Office) in year 2004, he worked with BDO up till December 2006. He has over six years of quality audit experience and is exposed to processes review of all business cycle, risk assessment and other management consultancy services. Prior to joining Eterna, he worked with Mart Energy Services as an Accountant and also Head of Finance of NRG Drilling Nigeria Limited. He joined Eterna in September, 2008 as the Internal Control and Audit Manager.

A Civil Engineering graduate from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Mr. Oyefusi has vast experience and skills in project and maintenance supervision. He had worked as a Site Engineer with Union Civil Engineering Consultant and RAO Investment (Eleganza Group) before joining Eterna Plc in 1994. He has since held several portfolios in the Company. He is a Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers and a registered Engineer of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Yaba college of Technology. He began his career with Sunflag Nigeria limited, Lagos and rose to become Assistant Maintenance Manager before joining Eterna Plc in 1997.He has acquired vast experience in equipment maintenance and production management. He has since held several portfolios in the company and has attended several professional development courses within and outside the country.
